6-8 Weeks, $50k

12 Months, $150k

Mini case study: I helped a mid-size, growing business transform their organization around an aligned, top-to-bottom understanding of who their key customers and users were. They wanted to clear politics out of conversations so they could move faster and meet metrics. Initial alignment: three months followed by an extended strategic partnership engagement.
