I’ve developed this process through trial and error over my 20+ year consulting career. It works and I’m proud of it. I’m sharing it for free because:

• I believe UX practitioners, especially senior ones, need to develop skills in ‘managing up’ and speaking the language of business. Alignment Personas help develop those skills.

• I want lots of UXers to try this workshop and see if it solves some of the frustration so many of us have when we work on projects that are constantly changing around us.

• I want to give back to a community that I love!

• I could not get my ass in gear to write a third book.
