Jakob Nielsen's 10 general principles for interaction design. They are called "heuristics" because they are broad rules of thumb and not specific usability guidelines. Jakob wrote this article in 1994. In Web3, we like to reinvent everything. Instead, we should invent what we are inventing…and benefit from the lessons learned in the past.
